We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lilienthal Berlin timepiece. If it’s not the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until your refund is processed within 14 days.
